I firmly believe in the power of setting and writing your goals down. By keeping note of your goals, it first forces you to establish some in the first place (many people never allow themselves to think about what they truly want) and it also increases the likelihood of achieving them. I also have an additional reason to why writing down your goals is important and that is because often, success doesn't look like what you think it looks like and therefore you can be achieving goals without immediately realising it!

Is Life a Happiness Quest?
If it makes you happy is an expression we hear all the time, but is life a happiness quest? I don't think it's a black and white issue, ultimately I do believe we're meant to be happy, we're designed to crave that feeling, but I don't think we always know what makes us happy. Sometimes instant, but short lived gratification deceives us, sometimes we base our decisions completely on fleeting emotions and sometimes we do have to put happiness aside for the sake of doing the right thing.

10 Easy Law of Attraction Techniques To Manifest a Vacation
You may or may not already know that visualisation is a powerful tool in manifesting your desires. This is part of what is called 'the law of attraction' - what you think about, you bring about. Top athletes, authors, actors and other highly successful people have spoken publically about using this visual technique to get to where they want to be.
Spending time visualising your desires each day, as if you already have them is a great way to help you reach your goals, but it's not always the easiest task. I realise some people (myself included!) get stuck on what do visualise or how to act as if the desired outcome is already a done-deal. To help you, I have put together a list of techniques that you can use to help you visualise and act as if you have already manifested the holiday/vacation of your dreams.
