The Natural Cure For Hair Loss

Hair loss can be an issue for men and for women. People are often told that this is normal and (particularly for men) that it's "just part of life", which can push people into depression and low self esteem as they have to try and accept their perceived fate. Well I have good news backed up with real testimonials, so do not worry! It's not your fate and hair loss is not meant to be part of life. Just like every other symptom in your body, it is a signal that there is an underlying issue that needs to be corrected.

Hair loss is caused by acidosis, which happens to be the cause of many other issues, too. Acidosis basically means your body is too acidic. It happens when your lymphatic system isn't functioning properly and lymph backs up in your body, rather than being drained out. In the case of hair loss, the acids are backing up in the head area which damages the hair follicles, causing them to let go of the hair.

A prime example of this happens with chemotherapy - which is an extremely acidic poison that causes hair to fall out even more rapidly than we see in other examples of hair loss - but it does grow back! The same goes for those who have hair loss through dirty lymph accumulation, it will grow back if the acids are removed.

What you need to do is to drain the dirty lymph out of your body, but particularly in your head area by getting your lymphatic system draining properly. When the lymphatic system is down, it includes some key players, such as the kidneys and the adrenals.

In order to regenerate these organs and the entire lymphatic system, means to eat a diet high in fruit - especially acid and sub-acid fruit (which are actually alkaline forming inside the body) these cleanse and regenerate and get your body working again!

Adding herbal formulas can help target these organs to function properly (I recommend Dr. Morse's herbal formulas, he has had a lot of success with people with hair loss!). You can check these herbs out here.

You also need to start to cut out acidic habits such as meat and dairy consumption, smoking and drinking alcohol. This may sound like a lot, but it's necessary (at least for a while as you detox and regenerate!).

Another tip for moving the lymph out of your body is to take hot and cold alternating showers and to exercise.

So how do we know if we're on the right track and to know if you are filtering lymph properly? Check your pee! Pee in a glass jar and check for sediment/cloudiness - this means you are filtering!

It can take time to heal and reach proper filtration, however, so be patient and persistent.
You can get your hair back! I highly recommend checking out Dr. Morse on YouTube who has more information on this. Don't give up, illness is not something that you have to accept!
